नमकीन चावल

घर पे बैट के सबसे टेस्टी डिश(Delicious Namkeen Chawal Recipe) नमकीन चावल की जगह क्या हो सकती है? नमकीन चावल के बारे में शायद आपने सुना ही होगा, इसे बनाने के कई तरीके है. इसे हम सीधा कुकर में डालके भी बना सकते है, और इसे हम चावल को अलग से उबाल के कड़ाई में फ्राई करके भी बना सकते है, दोनों ही बहुत आसान और स्वादिष्ट चावल बनाने के तरीके है.

स्वादिष्ट नमकीन चावल की रेसिपी(Delicious Namkeen Chawal Recipe)

आज हम कड़ाई में चावल फ्राई करके बनाने का तरीका देखेंगे.

सामग्री:

  • चावल (2 कप)
  • सोयाबीन बरी (आपके अनुशार)
  • प्याज (2 कटे हुए)
  • टमाटर (2 कटे हुए)
  • हरी-मिर्च (3-4 कटी हुई)
  • तेल (3-4 बड़े चम्मच)
  • जीरा (1 छोटा चम्मच)
  • हल्दी पाउडर (आधा छोटा चम्मच)
  • लाल-मिर्च पाउडर (आधा छोटा चम्मच)
  • नमक (स्वादानुसार)
  • चाट मसाला (1 चम्मच)
  • गरम मसाला (आधा छोटा चम्मच)

बनाने की विधि:

-नमकीन चावल बनाने के लिए सबसे पहले चावल को साफ करके 2 बार धो लें
अब प्रेशर कुकर में चावल को डालके 4 कप पानी डाले और इसे अच्छी तरह से पका ले.

-सोयाबीन बरी को पानी में बीघा दे ताकी जब तक चावल उबले तब तक सोयाबीन भी फुल जाए.

-जब चावल उबल जाए तब इसे अलग बरतन में निकाल ले जिससे इसका नरम-पन खत्म हो जाए

-फिर सोयाबीन को तोड़े से तेल में हल्का हल्का फ्राई करें ताकि सोयाबीन क्रिस्पी लगे।

-अब एक कड़ाही ले उसमे 3 से 4 बड़े चम्मच तेल डाले और इसे गरम करे. तेल गरम होते ही इसमें जीरा डाले और थोड़े ही देर में प्याज डालें और दोनों को साथ में भुने.

-प्याज सुनहरे होने लगे तब इसमें टमाटर हरी मिर्च डाल के भुने.

-जब सारी सब्जी पक जाए तब इसमें सभी मसाले डाले जो सामग्री में बांटे बताये गए हैं. इन्हे अच्छे से मिक्स करें.

-जब मसाले भुन जाए तो गैस बंद करके फिर इसमें फ्राई सोयाबीन और चावल डालकर अच्छे से मिक्स करें.

-अब आपके स्वादिष्ट नमकीन चावल बनके तैयार हो चुके है.

Today we will see how to make fried rice in a pan.

material:

  • Rice (2 cups)
  • Soybean Bari (as per your choice)
  • Onion (2 chopped)
  • Tomato (2 chopped)
  • Green chilies (3-4 chopped)
  • Oil (3-4 tbsp)
  • Cumin (1 tsp)
  • Turmeric Powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Red chili powder (1/2 tsp)
  • salt (to taste)
  • Chaat Masala (1 tsp)
  • Garam Masala (1/2 tsp)

Recipe:

To make salted rice, first clean and wash the rice twice.
Now put the rice in the pressure cooker, add 4 cups of water and cook it well.

Soak the soyabean bari in water so that till the time the rice is boiled, the soyabean also swells up.

When the rice is boiled, take it out in a separate utensil so that it becomes soft.

Then break the soyabean and fry it lightly in oil so that the soyabean looks crispy.

Now take a pan, put 3 to 4 tbsp oil in it and heat it. As soon as the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds and in a short while add onions and fry both together.

When the onions start turning golden brown, add tomatoes and green chillies and fry them.

When all the vegetables are cooked, then put all the spices in it, which have been distributed among the ingredients. Mix them well.

When the spices are roasted, turn off the gas, then add fried soybeans and rice to it and mix well.

Now your delicious salted rice is ready.
